Our company specialises in delivering a range of consultancy services to developers on residential, master planning, commercial and industrial projects. These services include architecture, urban and regional planning, project management and property development advice.
Our professional advice, reports and conceptual design have succeeded in delivering a broad range of development approvals and projects including landfill sites, shopping centres, industrial buildings, multi-unit residential complexes, land subdivisions and many others.
The focus of our business is providing professional advice to clients allowing them to confidently entrust consultancy for their projects in our care. Over the years we have formed close associations with other professional disciplines building a team of development consultants that is capable of delivering both small and large projects efficiently and on time.
RiskSMART Accredited Consultant
HPC has been an accredited RiskSMART consultant since the programs inception in 2006.
RiskSMART is a development assessment program streamlining the approval process for low risk development applications in Brisbane, Gold Coast and other Councils throughout Queensland.
Qualifying development proposals include:
- Industry in an industry area;
- Multi-unit dwellings (six units or less);
- New houses and extensions in a Demolition Control Precinct;
- Single unit dwellings (six units or less);
- Small extensions in a shopping centre; and
- Subdivisions (six lots or less).
In addition to a 5 day approval timeframe, RiskSMART applications secure a 25% discount on application fees.
