Master Planning
HPC have undertaken a number of projects requiring master planning. These projects included:
- Extensive mapping to identify site constraints and in some cases requiring landowner identification for aquisition purposes;
- Legislative research and issues identification;
- Community consultation and stakeholder management;
- Project management of consulting team;
- Detailed design analysis for lot yield and engineering development costings;
- Preparation of project feasibility analysis and cashflows
