HPC staff have extensive experience in concept design and approval stages for multi unit, detached houses and land subdivision.
Ernie Harvey has a Masters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning and 25 years experience in residential projects ranging from conceptual design through to final construction.
Currently HPC have several large projects where the project brief includes legislative research; allotment and building layout designs, coordination of the project consultant team; preparation of detailed project feasibilities and cashflows; and preparation of development applications.
